Subscription Delivery Time Frames
Australian domestic orders are shipped by standard post. Expect 2-3 business days for delivery from normal publication dates..
International orders are shipped by Standard International Post. Expect 5-15 business days for delivery.
If you receive any product that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 14 working days of receiving the goods. Please include details as to the problem with your product and your order number.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods will be replaced.
Refunds will not be offered in the following instances:
• where you’ve had a change of mind regarding the product ordered and the product has already been despatched
• where the products have been damaged due to incorrect or unintended use once they have been received
Please keep this in mind when purchasing items on the site.
Transactions can be cancelled by prior to despatch by emailing email@example.com and including all order details including the name of the product, catalogue number (where available), date of the order and the customer’s name.
